At 23, Steve was signed by the legendary composer Cy Coleman — the man behind “Witchcraft,” “The Best Is Yet To Come,” and Sweet Charity. Cy became Steve’s personal manager, produced the single “Lying Here,” and took out a full-page Billboard advertisement to introduce his new star vocalist.
